    I do you tell if you are in the insider preview program

    can you navigate the app ?

    and do quests and such
    There are no quests that are showing up right now but I did take like 2 surveys and a poll

    1409 Preview Update Forum now available

    Ahh well, wish they would communicate better to us testers. I find out more coming here then I do from xbox dash or email. Considering the forums are not monitored officially seems a bit backward.

    Is getting better tho, the quests and surveys help but had to come here to find out that there are different preview builds within the same code (1408 / 1409)

    Xbox Game Pass Quests
    are quests on Xbox Live that you have to complete to get rewards. However, from what I can see on the website, it's not currently available in Germany. I believe your answer is correct as the survey was maybe just translated to German but used the same
    survey for those where the Quests are available.

    Apologies for any inconvenience this might have caused.

    If i was previously a member of xbox preview dashboard do I get put in the Preview Alpha Ring?

    No. The different rings are determined by how active you are in the program (taking surveys, quests, etc.)

    Xbox Insider Hub too exclusive?

    I never got an invite but just kept checking the Insider app until the option to move to the Alpha Ring appeared.
    "Only" checking the Insider App is not enough. If there are surveys and quests you can do, do them and answer the survey questions.

    Also, if a Beta-Feature is particularly helpful or does not work as you would like it to work, file feedback. Hold the Xbox button on the controller and use the send feedback button, when you encountered a problem.

    The more feedback and surveys you file the more "active" you are regarded as a Insider, and the higher the chance of getting an invite to the Alpha ring.
