When do my credits get added to my account?

Hi Sunpreet. We see that you've been awarded 50,000 Credits on November 7 for a console purchase. You can only complete this offer once.

Okay. I did read somewhere that gift cards adding to account balance credit do expire. Don’t know if that is true or not but I do know I did use gift cards to add to my account balance credit to pre order the dlc.

When I do check my account balance credit it still says it is expiring next month. So don’t really know what to do at this point.

When I get one of the ads, you get a message on the bottom, "Want to disable ads? Tap here" or something like that. When the ad is finished, it sends me to a window where I have purchase options, I select one and it puts me into a form where it asks for
my credit card info and address, but it won't accept any non US address and I can't continue. It has a link where I can edit my account at Microsoft, but my account is already set up with my credit card and Canadian address, so I am at an impasse.

Now there still hasn't been any improvement. I still get the same status code's.

Today i figured out i could also make changes in my account with my computer, so i tried adding my paypal account.

When i try adding it it automatically suggest to add a credit card aswell for immediate purchases ( which makes no sense to me, why else would i want to pay with paypal if i have to use credit cards instead?)

I tried adding my credit card & now there's seems to be a problem with it & i should contact my bank for further help..

+ I hadn't used this credit card since 48 hrs & i can do other payments swell with it.

Does someone know what's going on? would appreciate some help!

All to my knowledge you can not add a Debit Crad you can only use a Credit Card. When you try adding the debit card to the account and you are getting the error message BC the system only takes credit cards
