When do I receive credit for my free completed games

It takes about 96 hours for credits to show as pending after completing an offer. If you don't receive them over the next couple of days, you'll want to post in the Xbox Rewards questions support forum.

It usually takes about 96 hours to receive credits for surveys, but there is a delay with this month's. As long as you show you've completed it, you will receive the credits

There are no offers to receive credits just for downloading a free game. Which offer are you looking for credits from?

When will I receive my Rewards Credits?



Your Rewards Credits will appear as pending within 96 hours of completion of each specific offer.

Since your purchases were only made recently, FREE Pass only completed yesterday. Since you only have purchases from one game, you have not completed 1, 2, FREE. If you only recently made more purchases, please allow more time for processing.

My apologies for the late reply.

Please note your response and my question are in completely different directions.

When I logged into XBOX game pass for the first time I was informed that I had free Xbox game pass for 1 year. This means that there should be no charge on my credit card before April 2024. However, I have received an email from Microsoft that my credit will be charged in April 2023.

The real question is whether I have free access for 12 months or 1 month only. As per the notification that I received when I logged in, I had 12 months of free access. I understand that my credit card will be charged after end of free period, but that charge should happen in April 2024 at the end of the 12 month free period not at the end of the 1st month only.

It takes up to 96 hours to receive and process an order for Rewards. Your game consumable purchase on the 20th was only received on the 23rd. The Credits for completion of FREE Pass are now pending on your MyRewards page. Keep in mind that offer is only
2000 Credits, not 4000. From the FAQ:

Free Pass:

Earn 2,000 Rewards Credits per month by spending at least £24 including VAT on add-on content for ONE Free to Play title in the Xbox Store. For more information on what qualifies as add-on content, please see Question 2. This offer resets on a monthly basis,
with the offer period starting at 00:00 UTC on the first day of the month and ending at 23:59 UTC on the last day of the month.
