    When do credits become local currency?


    I earned my 5,000 Credits on June the 1st by Vault but I haven't received my deposit.

    I have read that if I earned them between the 1st and the 15th you would get them

    by the 30th day of the month. I have a total of 5250 Credits pending and we are in July.

    Anyone can help me?

    What do you do with your old 360 games? Do you just let them accumulate, rivaling the inventory of your local Gamestop store, or do you trade them in for credit?

    It is in local currency. Do local stores have currency cards? You can register a credit/debit card and use that otherwise.

    So, I can't purchase things in the store?

    Your account must have payment instrument (Credit card) to use your existing local currency in account.

    How to use local currency: You must first select to purchase using your credit card or PayPal account and then you will see the option to use the currency in your account.

    Hello gome222,

    Pending Credits require one deposit cycle to process. A general rule of thumb is Credits pending on the 1st through 15th will be deposited in the end of month deposit. Credits pending on the 16th through the 31st will be deposited in the mid-month deposit
    the following month. You can see when Credits are placed as pending on your MyStatement on the MyRewards page.

    They would be scheduled for the deposit on the 26th. Credits are deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you have at least 5,000 pending. So if you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited at the end of the month. If you
    get to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th, they are deposited by the 15th of the next month.

    Hey BionicFreak,

    We responded to your earlier post at (http://forums.xbox.com/en-US/thread/e7789671-f311-4f66-b2e4-094347887ce6). Also, one more thing that you may be unaware
    of is you can see a record of your Credits on the MyRewards page in the MyStatement section. Note that this is not an error that needs to be fixed, and as explained in that post (and the FAQ entry that has been posted there) this is standard deposit procedure.
    At the current time, we do not see any issue on your account. Hope this clears up any confusion!
