When can I be able to get back online?

If you mean that you were suspended or banned, then the only way to review the reasons for an active ban or suspension and its duration is by logging into the following link with the account that was banned:

If the suspension or ban is eligible for a case review, you will see an option that says "Submit an appeal." You will need to fill out the form and wait for the Xbox Safety team to analyze the situation and make a decision.

If the appeal is approved, the disciplinary action will be reversed, and the restricted features will be removed from your account.

Take into consideration that Xbox Support can't assist with suspensions or enforcement actions, as they don't have access to enforcement details. Since we in this forum are players like you, we do not have access to that information either.

Were you able to request a refund and has been approved? If yes, Once the refund has been approved and already stated as "refunded" on your order history (https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders), it will now depend on your bank on when they will credit back the money but it usually takes 5-7 business days.

If you haven't been able to request a refund yet, you can try to request a refund by signing in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders and then copy the order number. Once you have it simply go to the refund webform link here:
