when buying codpoints in mw2 i don't receive my content, i tried ingame store, microsoft...

This is the 6th time this happened to me and I always report it to Activision, I don't know who the problem is, if it's Microsoft or the game itself, I tried uninstalling, installing the game, factory reset my console and doing everything the page support tells me, but nothing works

Also, there are times that due to delay you will be getting these contents within 24 hours but if it is more than that already, I would suggest reaching out to Activision to have them check on it for you.

Sorry to hear about what happened there but I do not think this has something to do with your Microsoft account though if this is not happening on other games. Delays on adding the in game currency are usually from the game servers. It is also said on the support page to reach out to the publisher if more than 24 hours has past.

When i buy microsoft points... the Error is the same as like you dont got enough money on the card.... but i know it have.

when i reedem a code it says "this code isnt valid"

When im gonna buy a DLC. "Ingame" then it dont show up no Map packs ingame "Downloadable content"

but theyre on marketplace. but i tryed to buy there... it was downlloaded. but that map pack didnt show ingame....

there is no error on buying a Content..... there is only a error when i Redeem a code. and buying Microsoft points.

same problem here. I tried to load my savegame from the 360 to my One, but when I start the game it says something like "Can't load, missing content".

I think that's because in my "Classic"-version, sequence 12 and 13 were already included and I didn't buy it as separate DLC. When I try to load the DLCs ingame, it only takes me to the store to buy them again.
