    When attempting to log in, it don’t work.


    Ima make this short & simple.

    when attempting to log into Cloud Gaming, or any Microsoft website for that matter, it’s loads & everything about 5 times then boots you back to the previous page you were on to sign in but without having you signed in.

    It doesn’t matter what i use. I already tried

    - Switching Devices

    - Switching Networks (5ghz to starlink)

    - using a different Browser

    - phone & iPad are up to date

    - before you ask, yes I’m able to use the services, I’m in Canada

    - I own Ultimate

    - yes it worked before but not anymore for the entire year of 2023

    - clearing Cache

    - restarting phone

    I’m going to be straight. This isn’t a me Problem, it’s been happening to people for years with no solution. It’s a microsoft Problem.

    I actually don’t even use Safari on my devices. I use Opera GX. So i do not have any addons installed on any device with safari.

    They’re still on default setting with no addons

    I own ultimate on my account.

    I have the minimum requirements for XCloud.

    I own a 5ghz Wifi connection

    When i cloud game on other devices, such as windows, i only run into launching issues that are fixed with a restart But run perfectly fine.

    I, & many other users, still have this issue even today. I have confirmed this with different users & friends who also have iPhone & they run into the same issue.

    I do not believe this is an issue on my side technically speaking as most iOS devices have trouble to connect (or from what i tested) Im not sure if it’s the firewall or how safari operates but it refuses to work. my phone is the iPhone XR, but I’ve also tested it with the 13 & 14 as some of my buddies own those phones & they say the same thing.     It appears that you were able to play cloud gaming since last December through Windows device. Cloud gaming is also available through the iOS on specific iOS version listed on the link this link : Set up your Apple device for cloud gaming | Xbox Support under the minimum system requirements. It is also noted that there were some issues with Cloud gaming especially on server related issues which affected some users in specific region in the past however it has been resolved now.

    The first requirement to play cloud gaming is having the Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription to be able to play cloud gaming in all compatible devices. Can we verify if you have an active subscription with Xbox Game Pass Ultimate so we can move forward? To check your active subscription, sign in your Microsoft account through this link: https://account.microsoft.com/services and under services and subscription tab. let us know the status of your subscription.
