When are you enabling the customer profile gamer picture?

Actually it is. I'm sorry to say but xbox support (apart away from mictosoft team) have the worst customer support. You dont answer phone calls and provide misinformation about your hours of operation. Xbox support team should be ashamed of themselves
for providing such a vauge and faulse information. I work remotely from home and I've never seen or experience such unprofessionalism.

As we've seen "temporarily" has taken on a very fluid meaning. When information is ready to be shared, it will be shared. After the ability was removed, nobody has been able to add a custom profile pic. The fact your friends added their custom pics before
the temporary suspension isn't really that important, I'm afraid.

There is no ETA. Most likely it won't be back until things start to return to normal so it could still be months.

It was turned off a while back, but so far I have not heard any official news on when they will be re-enabling the feature.

For now they have disabled custom gamer pictures due to high moderation an you would have to wait for them to re-enable them. There is no estimated date yet for when they will re-enable them.
