    When are rewards restocked?


    When are vault rewards restocked? I have gems to spend and nothing to spend them on. The one item I could purchase was pulled from the vault on the same day I decided to get it, after I tried countless times to complete the transaction.

    Xbox Live Rewards Re-Directs to Microsoft Rewards in Australia & years of points are now lost ?

    Hello. I have done years of surveys in Xbox Live REWARDS. Now when I go to Xbox Live Rewards, it re-directs me to Microsoft Rewards Australia, and all my previous points are gone. Where are they ?

    Why you removed amazon giftcardds

    Rewards have finite quantities available. When they run out they are removed

    No one in a public facing position knows when or if they will be restocked

    There is no set timetable for when the vault is restocked. You just have to watch it.

    It's randomly restocked and there is no way to know exactly when it will be restocked.

    Hi AnthKO. Since Gems did not have any currency value associated to it to begin with, one was only added so it would not just expire after the program ends.

    Unfortunately, we have not been told if and when the Rewards Credits will be restocked, but the Vault will be restocked with more items. We understand that it is difficult not knowing more details, but we will share as much as we know when we are informed.
