When are more licensed Activision games backwards compatible?

The thing about games and backward compatibility especially with games like Tony hawk is the license for the music sound tracks. Activision would have to see when the license is up and then decide if it would be worth purchasing them again. They would
be more likely to remaster them and add new fun things and sell it as a new release then go the route of backwards compatibility.

The backwards compatibility program ended in 2021. Anything that hasn't been made compatible, won't be.

The license is currently expired and the game delisted with no guarantee of its return, along with all the other Activision licensed IP games. I suggest if playing it is important to you you look for copies of the physical Xbox One port, as it's not backwards compatible.

The backwards compatibility program ended 4 years ago if that's what you mean so no more games will be added. Any games that aren't backwards compatible can't be due to licensing or technical issues
