If the Robux code you got using Microsoft Rewards won’t redeem on either the standard Redeem page or in your Roblox account settings, here’s what I recommend:

1. Double-check that you’re using the right platform

Robux gift cards from Microsoft Rewards can only be redeemed at https://www.roblox.com/redeem.

They won’t work on the Xbox/Microsoft redeem page: https://redeem.microsoft.com

2. Look carefully at the code format

Robux codes are usually a mix of letters and numbers, around 12–15 characters long. If yours looks too short or has special characters, copy it again directly from your Rewards order history to make sure nothing got cut off.

3. Wait a few minutes and try again

Sometimes codes take a few minutes to activate on Roblox’s servers. Try again after 10–15 minutes if it still says invalid.

4. Check your Microsoft Rewards order

Go here to confirm you redeemed the 400 Robux:

Click “See Code” next to the Robux reward.

If the code still won’t work after all that, Roblox Support is the only team that can check what’s going on with the gift card:

If you want, you can also redeem Xbox Gift Card on Microsoft Rewards (if it's available on your region) and use that to pay for Robux. But it will require more points I think compared to just redeeming Robux.

For now, we will have to wait for Robux to be available again on Rewards.

Thank you so much for the link to this website! It shows me the option to buy 400 Robux for 4.99, which I can save up for.

However, I was concerned due to the fact that it says "400 Robux for Xbox" and the description reads "To redeem after purchase, launch Roblox on Xbox and sign in to your account." Again, I don't own an Xbox so will I be able to redeem the Robux?

(Usually when I get Robux through Microsoft Rewards, it gives it to me as a Roblox code, which I can redeem online, so if this is the same it should be fine)

Also, will I need to redeem Xbox or Microsoft Gift Cards for this?
