Whay are you guys making games that dont have a ingame ''change language of...

Not a technical question but mostly, and i dont have any intent to antagonize anyone, i am in complete awe with the stupidity that some games in xboxapp for PC can only have their general language altered by changind the **** windowns region/location?
Is this serious? What year are we? 1990? Why am i obligated to play with my native langua **** voice acting? Why cant i just play the game in english?

You may ask: well change change the windowns location anyway. That solves the problem with the language but online matches will be automatically paired with people across the globe....and thats a big issue for gameplay/lag.

So, for better gameplay online, i am required to play in a language besides the original voice acting in the game. That could be so easily resolved by just adding a feature to change those things ingame. The sole action a person having to alter basic things
in the game by 3rd party actions or programs should be enough to cause complete discuss in most people. Gears of war 5 for instance is a triple A game sold at full price usually...even small game companies have that covered when they have other languages at
the player disposal.

Its not free hate....the person that did not thought about this is in complete nonalignment with reality...horrible development....to not say worst things that will probably gonna get me banned from here haha.
