    What’s wrong with my internet?


    Hi I’m Ethan and I’m having some trouble with my internet, I currently have a Ethernet cable (CaT6) and it still shows the wireless icon for “current network status” I plugged into different ports on my router and I’ve reset my Xbox, I know the cable works because I used it on my old gen Xbox one and it said “wired” instead. I’ve searched online for answers but I don’t think I’m wording the questions right to find the answer so I’ve come here for help. Please let me know a fix for this as playing on wireless doesn’t always feel good in multiplayer games bc of how many items are connected.

    My guess is that there is something wrong with the servers. So what I suggest is use another internet browser. If that doesn't work then while you use another internet browser and delete the cookies.

    Xbox keeps kicking me out of parties and games every 10 to 15 minutes and doesn’t let me hear voice chat either.

    Thanks for trying to but that didn’t seem to work I’m not sure what is wrong my console but it will not stop disconnecting from parties and games even though my internet is good
