Whats wrong with my capture and share thing?

Hello Simply, would you know how much free space you have on your internal Xbox HD, captures are directly affected by the size of space available on the console.

The ideal is sometimes to have an external disk with USB 3.0 configured as media to only save the captures inside it.

I don't know if you've tried any procedure on the console, if you haven't tried it, follow the procedure below.

The first is a cache clear:

1. Go to the Xbox press and hold the XBOX power button on the console for 10 seconds until it turns off

2. Wait 10 seconds until it turns off

3. Wait 1 minute with it off

4. Turn it back on

It just keeps saying sorry something went wrong sharing this capture try again later but all my other clips work but the video from upload studio

You're looking in the wrong place, mate.

Press the Xbox button on your controller and press 5 times to the right and stop at (capture & share), there will be the option to record

If both you and your friend can access each other's games, it means the game-sharing feature is working as intended, and resetting the Home Xbox association is likely not to fix this.

Considering his account does not have Game Pass on your console, it's likely Game Pass is being shared with his console from a different account, either his or someone else's. This would explain why the account he shared with you can access Game Pass on console A but not on console B.

Do keep in mind that sharing your account details, or game sharing with someone outside your physical household goes against Microsoft's ToS and the Xbox Community Standards. Doing this could lead to enforcement actions placed on your accounts/devices.

I made a clip tonight and it won't show in my feed or captures unless i go to manage capture in upload studio. When I go to share it, it says "something went wrong" so I thought waiting a while and then trying would fix and it didn't work. I even tried re-uploading
it and still no go. Any other clips, captures, or posts will show up but not this one clip. Has anyone else had this issue?
