Concern regarding GOW 3 LE Xbox

exhaust vs holding it several inches away.

 

That's how it looks on the production models to me.

The way I see it many Countries have regulations over cars maybe the model they have to make a render was different from the one you seen on YouTube or unkess you see one in person to verify it is in a certain way...
