    Xbox series x galaxy black 2tb

    purchased one jan15th

    Said delivery march 11th !

    Yesterday they said they couldn’t take the payment even thought it’s been pending for weeks on my bank with a card I use all the time with Microsoft! Not to mention the amount of money the account

    So I purchased a game using a different card on Xbox and the updated my payment information to a new card

    And it’s still back in pending!

    Such a joke! why can’t they just take the money and sell me an item!

    I still feel like it’s not going to show up

    So disappointed

    While I waited on a solution I decided to try buying Lifeless Planet. It also showed the generic "something went wrong" error -- and now my card has a pending charge for that as well, but Live doesn't think I've paid for it.

    What a mess.

    Plug it into the Internet and connect to live

    However Remeber that pending console bans will not show up

    Your best bet buy new as some things won't show up like pending suspension or disc read errors

    And don't forget to buy a service plan from ms in the long run it is better

    nothing i do will work and it has been a month. my subscription is still pending. help.

    this did not help as the agent said he didn't know what was wrong. it its pending and no matter what i do it still wont fix. this is a genuine problem and it needs to be fixed.

    Xbox's custom profile pic system is a tad bit extreme when it comes to what is considered okay and not okay. I've had some icons that had nothing wrong with them completely censored (Infinite pending basically) while others went completely free. The best
    thing to do if you get stuck in the pending situation is to change it to something else entirely.

    i used the vip points they would give you to buy things for the $10 for xbox currency plus a visa card that was emailed immediately the rest said pending and the other 1,000 points was what you would build up by buying games and when you filled
    it they would turn it into currency on your Xbox now that and the $10 xbox currency is
    what I'm not receiving it was in the beginning of may i was told everything was pending and would be added on the 17th i believe but that never happened then they said end of May that never happened and now i can't even log in to that site to write them
    or see what's happening
