What's with all these [mod removed] updates? seriously

Check if it does:

Launch the Xbox Insider Hub on Xbox One or a Windows 10 PC.

On the main landing page, select Settings.

Select Manage Devices and choose the one you want to remove from the program.

What sort of [Mod Removed] is this for Christs sake??? Can't contact a member of the enforcement team, seriously, so I wasted money on my phone bill to call up support then get directed to the forums were there's an apparent contact button
only to be told no. I pay £40 a year at the moment and get played for a
