Whats up with the xbox app for mobile?

Can you tell us what is happening or error messages when accessing the Xbox app on mobile? I suggest aside from uninstalling is to clear the cache of the app.

To do this, close the app from the recent applications menu. Restart your phone. Clear the app cache. Go to Settings > Apps, select the app, then select Storage > Clear cache.

Also, try to change your default browser. Based on my experience sometimes the browser is causing sign in issues with the app, you may try changing it via the settings of your device then try signing in again via https://account.xbox.com/profile page first. If you can sign in, go to the app next to sign in there.

Im not getting any error codes it just returns me to the sign in screen and then nothing happens. The app is up to date my phone is up to date and i know its not my phone so it on yalls side not mine plz fix or im switching back to playstation.
