What’s up with the **** support.

Why is it you have the worst support and customer service for any company. I mean come on. I get your whole verification thing for accounts is to provide safety but when I haven’t had an issue with my account in 11 years since I was 9 never needed to verify anything now you all of a sudden want to have a verification and make me recover my account. I don’t even have access to the phone number in the account anymore that was 8 years ago when I had the phone. You’ve completely screwed me out of thousands of dollars gone because of some stupid verification that you can’t overide so I can change the number. I don’t remember anything I made the account with but let’s just take peoples money and expect them to make another account. Yall are pretty **** worthless for that. Bunch of lames taking money for your crappy products and **** games. Never in my life have I had a problem till now. Make sure you guys update your numbers and emails cuz if you don’t have fun losing all your saved data and progress on games and money you’ve spent on games. MICROSOFT SUCKS.

I think they took some servers away to support the growing population of call of duty 3. I have been playing that game and the lobbies are attracting more and more people.

And this is one of the reasons why everyone should read term and conditions on purchases. It covers what happens based on non payment. Be aware of what you sign up to so you are not surprised by the outcome of a situation. Especially if the terms tells you
what will occur in clear writing.
