    What's this Ban ?


    Hi, I was ban 2 weeks ago and I was supposed to be allow to play yesterday but I can't currently.

    I asked about this situation to Xbox Support and they asked me my GT : ,

    If I tried any steps : no

    If other accounts on the console play online currently : no

    And a screen of the info i see on xbox enforcement ( Its write "Past enforcement actions on your account or family account)

    I've send all this info and they said me to reach out to your chat team.

    Then I'm here, I don't have receive any message from xbox live and I don't think I receive a device ban permanent for the console so help me pls (btw one friend can connect and play online on my account).

    What's this Ban ?

    Try removing the account from the console then re adding it. If that does not work and you don't see any new enforcement action on the account, contact support.xbox.com/contact-us for official phone/chat support.

    Banned for what?

    If it's a game specific ban, you would need to contact The Coalition as Microsoft does not handle game specific bans.

    If he's suspended from all games, you would need to go to
    http://enforcement.xbox.com     for information

    As stated on all enforcement notices and the
    Enforcement website Supportis not able to provide insight or alterations to any Enforcement action.



    If you are looking for more info on a suspension we suggest reading up on the

    This info will provide explanations as to why an account may have been suspended and what each type of suspension means and which are eligible for a case review.



    Keep in mind that all suspensions are granted after an investigation into the account and are never handed out just for being reported or because of trolls.
