    What’s the proper way of reporting bugs in Xbox mobile app?


    Hi, sorry for posting this in this subreddit but I was searching for any way of reporting bugs related to the Xbox mobile app and didn’t find anything that would send some diagnostic data to Microsoft.

    I’ve encountered an issue with the Console section in the app several times (the keyboard doesn’t appear when I have a keyboard opened on the console) and I would like to pass this to the Xbox team including my dash version, network diag etc. What’s the best way to do that?

    Hi there!

    For us to further isolate the issue, please try to send a message using an Xbox app on mobile if you could send multiple messages just fine.

    Since it's happening to other accounts and multiple consoles, it's possible to be a system bug. Please use the Report a problem app to report or file a bug to Team Xbox.

    Sorry to hear about what happened. This is clearly not the situation I want you to be in. I understand how frustrating this must be and would feel the same way if I were on your situation. I actually have seen this issue from other players already. I believe that this is a bug on their system where your uploaded captures are not showing on your Xbox app on mobile and also can't delete them. I suggest that you instead wait and try it again at a later time.

    You may as well report it or file a bug directly to Team Xbox via Report a problem app for them to properly investigate it. Check your guide here https://support.xbox.com/help/account-profile/m...

    Sorry to hear about what happened. I actually have seen this issue from other players already. I believe that this is a bug on their system where your uploaded captures are not showing on your Xbox app on mobile and also can't delete them.
