    literally Everytime I report someone for doing something that’s against the rules literally nothing happens like at this point just remove it bc it serves no purpose at all like I’m a ambassador and I just wanna make the space feel more welcoming by getting rid of all the bad people but literally nothing happens at this point I give up everyday I experience racism/harassment and at this point I don’t wanna report anyone anymore Xbox just let’s everyone get away with this stuff

    What’s the point of the report button

    Everytime I report someone’s messages or voice chat Xbox says they couldn’t take action on the report when It it clearly the most horrible stuff that you could send anyone like I have so many screen shots of people doing bad stuff to me and the Community I just want it to stop like that’s consider cyber bullying and everyone is getting away with it but when my little brother says ”gg I hope you get better” he’ll get banned for a week or longer like I don’t understand it at all

    You arent the only one getting those messages. They are automated messages being sent out in error and can be disregarded.

    If/when action is taken you will not be notified. Thats between the enforcement team and the people that got reported. They will not tell you.

    What’s the point of the report button

    The enforcement team get thousands of reports a day, which they have to investigate, so it can take a while for a report to be investigated. Especially if it's for racism or harassment, as you say it is. Your reports will be investigated, and if the enforcement team find what you say is happening is true, then they will give out the relevant action.

    If you hadn't been suspended, you wouldn't care about how reports are made.

    The point we're trying to make is, it doesn't matter if a report would be made through a button on the console or by phone. The outcome would be the same.
