What's the point of an appeal if (according to many I've spoken to) that it's always upheld?

The enforcement team investigate every complaint they receive before issuing a suspension/ban and they are not issued likely so it's very rare that a case is overturned, but it has happened.

Regarding the rep system, there can be other factors related to why those peoples reps have not improved. Some people have tried not playing for a while, but that doesn't effect it at all so the rep will stay the same. Playing different games can help as
well. So if you got a bad rep while playing something like Siege, but you keep just playing Siege it may not go up.

Enforcement

No point in going to the enforcement site as the op has already stated they had appealed the ban & the decision was upheld.

That means that the account will remain banned & there is no way to appeal it now.

i have tried to appeal but i got upheld and i have spent many thousands on the account + its unfair if i get banned for doing it 1 time and people doing it more than once

Hi, if the enforcement was upheld on appeal then I'm afraid that's the end of the matter.

You can't appeal again.

You only get one appeal & if the decision was upheld then there's nothing else that can be done.
