What's the easiest way to bring a group of friends into the same session?

get in the same sessions, and the same party through the xbox, start the game, then send a party invite to the game while the mission is loading right after you start it. works like charm

Host your own games and invite your friend before inviting Auto invites, Same leveled players, or current session. Its best for you two to be in the same world lobby then invite current session. Its quicker.

You may not be in a party, but having joined your friend the console is bundling you into the same game session, hence it thinks you want to keep playing with your friend.

If you actually were in a party, the easiest way to resolve is to snap party, then press Leave and then Game (you could even stay in a party and you would still be able to play ranked matches with others).

If you're not in a party, there are a couple ways this should work:

Go to Friends, locate your friend, press A to bring up their profile, go to the right where it says they're in a game session, click A for details and you should be able to select Leave Game.

Or - Launch another game, then launch Killer Instinct again.

Or, as you have already discovered - turn off and on the console.

It's not the easiest thing in the world, but it can be done. 10 + 10% still applies. The hardest part is that first successful summoning. It may take 3-5 tries before you successfully connect. But once you finally make that first connection, you will
generally be able to bring your friend(s) in the rest of your session.

Except for the New Londo Ruins .... for some reason my friends I have have major problems connecting there even if we were previously connected that session. Anyone?

I found the easiest way is to save the different character on a flash drive.



Or just transfer the save onto the flash after your play session.
