What’s the cheapest monitor I can get for my Xbox series s

Just got an Xbox series s which my TV seems too old for so I’m wanting to get a monitor,

I’ve been looking into what the requirements for the monitor are but I’m getting confused and don’t want to end up buying the wrong thing.

I would preferably like to go cheap second hand and rather not spend over £100 (I understand this may not be possible.)

Is there one someone would recommend or any simple ways to tell if a certain monitor for sale will be compatible with my Xbox series s?

Also just for future knowledge what are the requirements to make a certain monitor compatible to a certain console?

For that price you can get a monitor that is meant for word processing and office work, not gaming. They will likely also have compatibility issues with Xbox as they are meant for computers.

I would recommend you save your money for something bigger and better instead of just settling.

So out of the three you listed, you replaced the TV but not the monitor or xbox one x? If so, perhaps a Xbox One S can be ok until the Series X or Lockhart comes out. It is the cheapest solution unless you go the refurbished route from Gamestop (or whatever
store) or ebay. Of course, there is always PC as well, since you can play some Xbox games on there but if you don't have a monitor, kinda moot point then.
