    What's on command doesn't work after Nov update. All other voice commands work fine.


    After the November update when I open One Guide the voice command "What's on <channel name>" only work about 1 out of 10 times. All of the other voice commands in green work fine (page up/down, jump up/down, show name, etc.). This feature worked fine before
    the update but now I am very frustrated because I can't check what's on other channels without changing to them (Xbox watch HBO for example). I trouble shot this with Xbox support and did a number of things but nothing changed the behavior of this one command.
    You can refer to the incident number 1315503611 to see all of the steps already tried.

    I got an email from Xbox support to post on this forum so that Xbox support personnel would review and respond. Please review the incident and let me know what, if anything, can be done to resolve this issue. I love using One Guide but without this feature
    I may have to back to using my remote to control my viewing outside of the Xbox.

    I'm having the same with the voice command, after the Nov 2015 update the voice commands barely work. Almost seems like the system times out and stops listening. I can yell at the Kinect over and over and nothing. Yet some days I can speak at a normal
    volume from the next room and it works fine. I use voice commands most of the time so this is very frustrating. I'm also noticing that my Xbox One Media remote doesn't work well anymore either.

    My voice commands worked great until I got an update last week. Now I cannot turn my Xbox off using voice. When I get to the "Yes" or "No" confirmation prompts, nothing happens. It acts as if it doesn't hear either command. However, it understands all
    other voice commands, just not the "Yes" or "No" after I use "Xbox, Turn OFF". Neither recalibration nor hard reboot corrects this problem.

    No, calibrating it yet again doesn't work. Clearly that couldn't be the issue anyway since every other voice command works fine. It's something to do with the standby mode.

    @beachbum RIZ um the 5 markets ar having issues with voice commands....THE CONSOLES WILL WORKS FINE. Man some people don't know how to read. They have isues with voice commands suddenly means the console doesn't work at all in those counties LMAO....grasping
