What’s going on with series x galaxy order?

when you make any order a test charge is made, which evaporates in a few days. The money was not returned it never left.

This is not the Microsoft store, this is Xbox technical support and we have no way to determine when stock levels will improve. I suggest you check other retailers and inquire with them when they may be getting stock because no one here or at any public facing position can tell you that.
