What’s going on with my cars.

I spent real money to buy the Agera Rs and I hop on one day and it’s saying I have to pay for it again. Why do I have to pay for it again? Is it not a one time purchase? Am I able to get a refund?

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

I would like to clarify, did you purchase the car inside of the game or through Microsoft Store? If through Microsoft Store you can request a refund by signing in to https://xbox.com/refunds.

Also, I would highly performing troubleshooting steps first. For cases like this what we initially need to do is to quit the game and perform power cycle in that way once you launch the game your in-game data will just re-sync.

Kindly quit the game and follow the steps below before you re-launch the game.

POWERCYCLE CONSOLE

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off.

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller.

That is not the cost you can apply to car.

Also what really grinds my gears is when my garage is full and I find a rare car and have to replace a car instead of selling a car. Cause even if you park the rare car somewhere and go to garage and sell a car then the rare car vanishes. Unless you have
a friend or crew member hop in the rare car to hang onto it so it doesn't vanish.

go to marketplace find the free car for the pack download it then go to the marketplace in the forza 4 game and go yo car packs you will find the new november car pack. This will be what you have to do for all the dlc with the season pass.

I am having the same problem. I purchased two car packs ingame. One was paid for and one was free and i go into my car list and the free car is not there but it is in autovista...Not sure what to do. Also on a possibly related note, my xbox froze for the
first time ever yesterday while browse the newly purchased cars. Any ideas as i have tried what the OP has said about trying different times and different days. Is it a problem on my end or Forza's?
