i read about a predetermined xbox gamerpic being able to use in profile pics on other websites but didnt know what a predetermined xbox gamerpic was. pls responded

I have been extremely disappointed with the gamer pics. It really needs to go back to the way it was on Xbox 360. Give us new gamer pics with the release of each new game. Imagine some Ryse Son of Rome, Destiny, Watch Dogs, Assassin's Creed Unity, Sunset
Overdrive and Dead Rising 3 gamer pics. I mean what the heck happened
