What's a good mouse for the Xbox One?

I've been lately needing a keyboard/mouse for a few game set-ups, mostly multiplayer, the issue here is I have a normal keyboard that works perfectly fine it seems, but my Logitech mouse for the PC I use doesn't
work on the Xbox, it will "Register" but it just shows up on my screen as the Microsoft Edge cursor...but it won't click anything or really move steadily when I shift it about...so, I'm in the market to buy a new mouse that will be assured compatible with
my Xbox One.

I heard it works for Xbox One, just curious if I need the DeathAdder Elite model, that was the one they said worked...was curious if the cheaper DeathAdder Essential would work just as good, I don't need it
for major gaming, just a few games in particular I need a mouse to handle particular tasks.

If they say compatible for xbox one in the description then they should work fine for your xbox one.

If they don't work, remember to keep the receipt so that you can return them and get a refund.

The one I tried using oddly didn't work with the Xbox One S, it just made the Microsoft Edge style cursor appear on the game and it wouldn't click or actually work on anything.

Picking up gaming tools as mouse, keyboard and controllers is always tricky. It's a personal choice, depending on your type of gaming, gaming style and physical comfort. So find what suit your needs the best. I'm not the biggest mouse user, so i
only use the DeathAdder Essential. Works fine for me and i have never had issues, getting it working on the xbox.

So the cheaper model works with Xbox One S? (Being the DeathAdder Essential) that's all I need to know, just need a mouse so I can use a particular cheat code correctly with it, to elaborate a bit, I got a tip from a best friend you can cheat the hardest mode
night on FNAF 2 to get the final achievement if you do the PC cheat code which requires a mouse and keyboard as you need to hold down 3 keyboard buttons and it doesn't seem to be able to be done with controller, but you need a mouse to hover over a particular
spot and a keyboard combo to hit the buttons.
