Whatever happenned to live 24/7 agent chat??

No matter what issue I select to get help with, the live chat with agent feature is no longer available.

What happened to all those agents who provide great customer service? I want to talk to a real person, not preselected responses. How do I do that?

the pandemic happened, a lot of low teir staff are not working or azre working from home on reduced hours, same as a huge amount of companies.

As said the covid pandemic has hit hard in places , so we have to adjust and wait longer for help and support.

Remember if the forums can help we will try . Obviously we can't help with billing bans etc.

I know its not ideal but at this time its not easy for most people 👍

No, actually they are open tell 1:00am CT. 2:00am ET. 12:00am MT and 11:00pmPT The online chat is available 24/7 with Ambassadors and agents.

It was a rental, it could have removed because of the 24 hour time frame.

I'd say call in and chat with a LIVE agent or contact zune chat support.

To add to what xHAZMAT RADIOx said:

1. Go to support.xbox.com/contact-us

2. Click on what problem you are having.

3. Click on get started button to start a virtual agent chat.

4. Type in the virtual agent chat talk to a reprensentative.

5. Hit enter.

6 Again type in talk to a representative.

7. Hit enter.

It should then give you a choice to chat with a live person or have a live person give you a call back as long as there is a call center that is open in the country you are currently in. Not all countries have 24 hour call centers.
