cleared my cache, it ended the same way: it was fine until I logged off; meaning when I logged back on, it glitched again

yeah i know. i just give up now i have been asking them since march but with no help. just a horrid program if something goes wrong it's not going to be fixed

I've had issues like this before, and in my personal experience the issue is this. Your Xbox is picking up the router, but cannot connect to it, and it requires a reset of your router. Try unplugging it for 30-45 seconds and plugging it in again. I've had
this issue many times and this almost always seems to fix it.

Yes I realize you said it picked it up, but it usually will, even if it cannot actually connect to it.

Try to power cycle your Xbox by pressing and holding the power button for at least 10 seconds. Then turn the power back on by pressing the power button again or using a controller. Let us know if that resolves the issue.
