    I was playing PGA Tour 2k25 on my Xbox Series X, and won a Korn Ferry tournament, and a message said I earned 300 vc. I also got my PGA Tour card. I didn't get the vc though. So I quit the game, and launched it again. This time, I got a message stating I had Quest rewards. I went to the Quests screen, and accepted the 300 vc, but they still aren't showing up. I also noticed my player lost 4 levels in OVR. I tried restarting the console next, but no joy. Very frustrating. Any ideas how this can be resolved? Thanks

    I am sorry to hear about this issue. Could you try resyncing your profile? To do so, here's how:

    A. REMOVE ACCOUNT

    1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

    2. Select Profile & system > Settings > Account > Remove accounts.

    3. Select the account that you want to remove, and confirm.

    4. Select Close.

    B. POWER DRAIN

    1. Make sure that your console is turned on then unplug the power cable at the back to turn it off.

    2. Press the power button for about 15 seconds even though it's already off. (This will remove the remaining power on your Xbox)

    3. Wait for 2 minutes and plug the power cable

    4. Turn on console and wait for the dashboard to appear before signing in

    If the above step doesn't work, I recommend reaching out to the game developer, which is 2k support at this link https://support.2k.com/hc/en-us/requests/new.
