What would be the best Xbox preview update to go on if you want to receive early updates...

To check, are you currently in the Xbox One Update Preview? If you just recently received an update it would imply to me that you are. If so, let's get you over to the
Xbox One Preview Forums and let the Preview team know what's going on. They'll be able to best help out and if this is a known issue, they may have additional information or troubleshooting.

To get the Next Xbox One Experience update you'll need to be registered for early releases in the preview app, and not everyone who requested that has received their wave. If you have a more questions about the preview program I would suggest posting here.

Sorry you're having an issue streaming after a preview update. As this is a preview feature, I would suggest heading over to the site below and reposting your question there. The preview guys will be the ones to best answer this question for you.
