What was I suspended for??

I was checking out my profile on the Xbox app when it told me that I couldn't due to a suspension. I went to check it out online and it did not tell me for how long the suspension was. Not to mention I haven't messaged anything offensive to anyone in A
while, so I don't know where their communication suspension is coming from.

Xbox suspended me when this silly guy sent me a msg first and I told him to let it go what kind of investigation do Microsoft do because all I did was defend myself....This is bullcrap Microsoft!!!! You just lost a loyal Customer...

You can view your ban by logging in at enforcement.xbox.com and if the ban is eligible you can file a case review from there. That is the only way to contact the enforcement team.

I did I checked it out online as I stated, it just says it was a comms ban and the punishments for temporary and permanent suspensions

You all must have potty mouths it’s the only reason you would be voice/message Communication suspended because of that . And if your in party chat might wanna ask yourself who your friends really are because one of them are reporting you . If your cussing
in a open chat your just asking for a suspension or ban you are breaking the Xbox Live Terms and agreement policies .
