    Hi,

    downloaded the one version, but can anyone tell me what version we're playing and what it has on it? Is it a direct port from a 360 version? If so what one. I like to know what I can and cant do, haven't played on the 360 for a long while! Quartz was added
    when I stopped on 360, and some bits just before and after.

    What version

    Currently on TU16 (1.06) Compared to PC version maybe about 1.5? We don't have the horse update yet so def below 1.6. I may be wrong on both counts but that's sort of the way I read it. Anyone else know?

    Don't worry we will work on this together. Let's try to troubleshoot.

    Please make sure you can sign in all your profiles. Let's try to restore the console back to factory defaults but we will select keep my games and apps so it won't remove your games and progress.

    Please follow the steps here:

    - Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

    - Select Settings

    - Select System

    - Select Console info & updates

    - Select Reset console

    - Select Keep Games and Apps

    After this, you will have to sign in again with your email and password. Then please check the game again. Thanks!

    What is the firware version that you updated to? Additionally, what is the hardware version of your E2000 and have you checked to see if it is a certified router, and if that firmware version that you updated to is a certified version?
