    Hello!

Hope you are well. I'll be glad to assist you.

I'm sorry you're experiencing these issues.

If the fuses keep blowing, the problem could be in the electrical installation of the house, I ask you to report it to a specialist who can help you identify the problem, this behavior is not normal.

    Best regards!

if the powercut happened whilst the unit was plugged in then there is still power going into the unit, when the power returned it could have surged, most likely the power unit in the xbox is fried and will need repair or replacement, DO NOT PLUG IN for safety sake. when you replaced the fuse did you replace with a 5amp fuse.

Is it not tripping the rcd (main fusebox switch), if not most likely the xbox is the faulty item.

Can my Xbox work in Pakistan without a converter at230V

Which Xbox do you have, Xbox 360, Xbox One, Xbox One S, Xbox One X or Xbox Series X or S? Not all of them are multi-voltage. The Xbox 360 and Xbox One will need either a power converter or a power supply for your region. As for the Xbox One S, Xbox One X and Series X or S, they are multi-voltage, and should work fine with the correct power cable.
