What to do with multiple Xbox accounts?

So do you wish to transfer your progress to one account only? If that's the case, you won't be able to do so even if you change the email. Keep in mind that deleting the original email of the account will delete all your progress with it, so if you wish to change it at least just add an alias but don't delete the original.

Again, it has nothing to do strictly with XBox, but the account as a whole. You'll have to figure out where else you signed in with the account, and then track down what you did/said that could have gotten this account the ban.

Yes, you can have multiple user accounts on your Xbox One.

If you set the Xbox as the home Xbox for the account that has gold, then any account that signs in on that cosole will have access to gold. That's what I do, so that my other family members can use gold.
