What to do when Xbox series S account is locked?

My friend has had his Xbox account locked due to putting in the wrong password too many times.

We’ve tried the AI call bot, but that wasn’t any help.

Every time he’s tried to change his password, it always says the session has expired, even after he’s filled out the forms immediately.

He has also tried to recovery form online, but he has 2-factor authentication on, so they said there’s ’nothing they can do’.

Does anyone have any advice? Is there a way to speak to a real advisor, as the AI one rarely works as intended at the best of times.

has your friend tried using a different browser or even a different PC to see if that doesn't show the session has expired message?

What game, which Xbox. Is it Xbox One, One S, Xbox One X, Series S, or Series X?

What game and what are you doing.

Hello Rhmd, to do this, you need to set the Series S as the home Xbox, then make sure both your account with the games on the Series X, and his account are both signed in on the Series S. Once you do that he will have access to all of the games on the
Series X from his Series S.

well there is no errors for one and two the game locks up with a repeating sound for a brief moment and three it then crashes to the home screen of the xbox and four the crashes happen sporadically and intermittently i am unable to do troubleshooting steps due to the crashes are unpredictable i won't know when they happen they just pop up and can cause progress to be interrupted i am using series S model this only happens on xbox one games played on series S
