what to do when xbox doesn’t show internet

- May I ask which Xbox model you are using?
- Besides your TV/monitor, do you have any other external devices plugged into your console?
- Besides restarting your console and wi-fi, have you tried anything else in terms of troubleshooting? if so, may I ask what?
- Have you verified if a wired connection works with your console?

Sorry but that doesn’t help. Like I said, when the wifi is down my Xbox still accepts a hotspot. When the internet is running on my phone and computer, the Xbox doesn’t recognize any wifi including hotspots or neighbors

Nothing else shows up when I press the Xbox button on the controller. The power button doesn’t work when I press it and I’m not sure about the ejection button but when I press it too it doesn’t make a sound

That doesn’t make sense to me because when this all started to happen I had Xbox live gold, now I have just gamepass and it’s still happening. Do I need to buy Xbox Live Gold to play or should the gamepass subscription let me play multiplayer? One more thing when I accept an invite from a friend it sends me to the “Choose your plan” screen and doesn’t show Xbox Live Gold it only shows Xbox Ultimate, why is that?

I don’t know how to track the achievements when i go to it doesn’t show how much progress i am into the achievements it only shows others i’m confused
