What vehicle customizations does the Rally Pack come with for cars?

With any of the car packs, you do not "own" the cars when you redeem the DLC. The cars go into the shop where you can then purchase them for varying prices as with any other car in the game. DLC just gives you the option to purchase those vehicles.

To clarify, it looks like it's free in the game, but are you saying that when you try to obtain the car in game it's also asking you to pay for it with in game currency?
