What to do when someone sells you a banned Xbox 360

All you can do is return it to where you bought it.

In theory theres nothing stopping someone Jtagging a console and selling it, The fact is when it gets used on xbox live is when you have broken the xbox live code of conduct and ToS, These consoles do frequently get found and permanently banned from accessing
xbox live.

PS3 FINNALY GOT HACKED IN THE YEAR 2010! And guess what? It's unhackable again.



Xbox 360 got hack 6-9 Months after it launched and is still hackable today. Someone gave you the wrong information.

If it's a permanent ban there is nothing you can do. You can't even re sell the console to someone else.

Saying you're going to "kill someone" on any sort of forum would result in you getting a permanent ban from any forum regardless of it being a first person shooter or not. When forums are setup they have rules that you are to follow. Threatening anyone with
that sort of saying will of course get you banned and I would stand by any staff member or moderator that banned you for saying that to someone else. As far as Microsoft not being able to sell XBOX 360's I find that funny . Have a good time over at Playstation,
