    i claimed a roblox gift card and looked away for a few second plus i cant find the code it did take away my points though i have tried most suggestion i have been given but it doesn't work

    I assume you mean from Microsoft Rewards. If so, the code would be emailed to you within 2 hours of redeeming it. If not, check your order history on the redemption page of the Rewards site and it will either list the code there or give the option to resend it.

    I sent a email earlier to no avail.Im trying to redeem xbox points on my console but its asking for a 25 word/# code i dont have.Please help.

    And also when im on my console and try to redeem my 100 $ gift card i earned by buying things from the microsoft store it ask for a 25 digit code that i cant find .

    I am trying to locate my Xbox Live Device ID and could not find it.

    I apologize but I did find one of the gift-cards I have used. Do I put the full code in when it asks for the last four digits of the number? how does that work?

    Do you mean 19 digit code then the scratch off one? As mine has a 19 digit code then next to that is the scratch of thing. Am on the game.co.uk website now I have clicked on the gift card option and it wants a digit code and a pin code. When I click on info
    it says Your 19 digit gift card number and 4 digit pin code on the back of the gift card. Not sure if I have the correct card you see.
