What to do when 2nd graphics card freezes certain games on startup?

I bought a new Windows 11 PC recently to replace my old Windows 10. The new one has better specs in almost every regard, except for the graphics card. I brought over the graphics card from my Windows 10 PC to add it to the Windows 11. My Windows 11 now has 2 graphics cards installed: an intel UHD 770, which came with the Windows 11 PC, and a Radeon RX 580, which came from my Windows 10. I thought this would let me run games the same as they did on the Windows 10, but several of the games which ran spotlessly on my Windows 10 now freeze on startup when I attempt to run them on my Windows 11. I can run those games on the intel GPU fine (albeit slower than they would on the Radeon), but if I run said games on the Radeon GPU, they freeze as soon as they're open and refuse to open again, saying the games are already running (and no, they aren't running in task manager somewhere either) until I restart my PC. It might be graphics driver related, but I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the Radeon's drivers a few times already and it hasn't changed anything.

I don't know much about PC hardware, and this was my first attempt at messing with any of it, so anything ranging from a solution to simple advice or general direction would be super useful. I can provide more information for anything that's unclear. Thanks in advance.
