I have an Xbox X upstairs with my account on it only and I have an Xbox one S down stairs with 3 accounts on it including mine. Someone stole my account info and has my account on their Xbox. I had access to all my games on the downstairs Xbox because I had it set as Home Xbox. Then whoever stole my account switched their Xbox to Home Xbox. I changed the password several times and the person managed to steal it again and we kept going back and forth setting our consoles as Home Xbox. The person just recently used the last switch and changed their Xbox to Home totally locking me out. I can still play my games from my profile, but the other 2 can no longer see my games. I would log into MS online and I would see a strange console on there under devices. I would uncheck this is my Home Xbox and delete the console, but then a little while later it would be back on there again.

I contacted support and they said there's nothing they can do about it, they can't give me one more switch to change mine back to Home Xbox. I also changed the password again. I don't know why they can't give me one last switch considering I am a victim of identity theft and I have no way of keeping them out of my profile.

I think worth enabling two steps verification in your account and setup and authenticator app.
In that way the next time your account is going to ask this extra verification

Also, if you know the person. Please talk with them, and remove your account from that Xbox if it's in the same house.
About the home switches, nope. If you're not able to see the "need one more switch" with the survey when you launch the Xbox assist app

That's not accurate info, You can use the same console to play games with your account, But you can't sign in as someone else on your console and use their games, Even if they are family

This is exactly what Home Xbox is for, to share all the games you own with your household. Not with strangers or friends but within your household.

Another reason to purchase 3 month/12 month gold cards. Don't use a Credit Card. Someone is just waiting around the corner to hack/steal your info......
