    What to do if no solution for xbox 360 internet


    Hello, I have a problem with my 360 not being able to find my ip address/error 80151901 for my internet/Xbox live and I have basically tried every method known to man to fix this and I am getting so fed up with it as it is preventing me from accessing the Xbox backwards compatibility on the console or retrieve my Xbox one account to it and like I stated no method has worked to resolve this as I tried here before, YouTube, Redditt but nothing has worked, yes your thinking to yourself was my console banned from Xbox live no it wasn't bc I have clue if it was but this issue has gone on since December 2021 when I got it for Christmas and do mind you the console could connect to Xbox live and my internet with no fil for a few short days before the problem arised. If there is anything you suggest I should do bc I'm at the point where I want to shell out money for the Xbox G adapter or get the 360 Internet peripheral.

    I tried doing the open nat thing but can't login as the info for my internet provider is a login my dad and step mom know since I live with them

    1 I can't do any of this as my household is dependent on the wifi
    2 my wifi router is not in the same room as the console
    I can try the open ports thing at some point

    I can't share a photo as I hav no way but get when I test my 360's connection it is saying test connection failed and the trobuleshooting tips are ip address based

    Are you not able to connect your console to another internet network?

    Also, would be nice call your internet service provider and see if the required ports for Xbox Live are all opened:

    Port 88 (UDP)

    Port 3074 (UDP and TCP)

    Port 53 (UDP and TCP)

    Port 80 (TCP)

    Port 500 (UDP)

    Port 3544 (UDP)

    Port 4500 (UDP)
