    I bought Minecraft coins in the marketplace, but a pop-up showed up saying "internet connection issue and we can't register you purchased" then a confirmation from the google play store showed up afterward that stated "my purchase was successful" but the coin value remained "0". I restart my phone, and app hoping that it was just some minor error but when I open it again the value of the coin is still "0" in my marketplace.

    Just a friendly reminder though that in-game issues it is handled by the game support. To help you, I would recommend reaching out to Mojang in that way they can check your in-game account as well as help and guide you with the necessary steps.

    At the top of the Marketplace there should be three items in the top right:

    • "<Gamertag>'s Packs"
    • "+<coins>"
    • Magnifying Search icon
    If you click on the "Packs" option, then it will show items that were purchased. It's not a perfect representation of a purchase history, but you can then sort the items so it shows "Newest First" which I think will show in the order of "purchase", and
    try to extrapolate if anything was accidentally purchased that way to account for the coins? Now, that is assuming the coins showed up and were used accidentally. It's very possible that the backend is mucked up with the increased traffic due to the holidays,
    and in that case, you'd have to wait for Minecraft support team to get back to you, if you followed the steps I linked earlier under "I didn't receive the Minecraft Coins that I purchased. What should I do?".

    If it's the latter, I apologize for having to wait. I know that's no fun, but they should get back to you at some point. I hope it all works out.

    Thanks for the response. I realize that that was for Minecraft Coins. Essentially, this is what happened:

    I wanted to buy the greek mashup pack for my son. I read the marketplace FAQ, saw that I should buy the coins as the parent account, and did so. The coins then ended up in my account. It was then that I realized the problem - I could not transfer the
    coins to my son to use in the marketplace, only use them myself. I did so, hoping that the purchase would apply to the kids accounts too, but now I'm the proud owner of the mashup pack and I'll have to buy again for my son (and eventually daughters if they
    decide they want it too).

    I guess I'd suggest changing that message to indicate that the coins should be purchased with the child accounts (and cross fingers that child account permissions allow it). I haven't tried that yet myself. I'm sure I'm not the only one who will run into
    this.

    So I tried purchasing coins again today and AGAIN they did not show up in my account. What is going on? Just taking our money and not fixing an issue or responding.

    I would recommend reviewing the purchase history of the account the coins were redeemed for to make sure there are no issues listed there. You can check that at the
    Microsoft Account page under Payments & Billing > Order History. You should see the redemption of the code and coins in that list.

    This page here has a FAQ
    for the Minecraft Marketplace with different topics such as "I tried to use Minecraft Coins to make an in-game purchase, but something went wrong. What should I do?" and "I didn't receive the Minecraft Coins that I purchased. What should I do?" that
    might be helpful in pointing you in the right direction.

    I'd also check purchases from within the Minecraft Marketplace to see if anything was accidentally purchased?
