    I have a problem on Xbox.when I turn it on ,it will go to a screen of problem solving like this.all button is useless.so I take off the power,and restart it. I must connect the wifi,set the Xbox again and again.and when I turn it off.it will be like the
    picture again. How to solve this problem once time? I Have bought the xboxonex,and i am a fans of the Microsoft.i give this Xbox to my best friend as a gift.so , I need help soon.from a Chinese friend,hope to know chinglish and solve my problem

    Hello, have you tried unplugging console from wall for 5 mins then replugging and powering on console to see what happens?? Is the console second hand used?? If so it could already have a previous issue with it and the only way to fix it is through repair.

    Hey there zhuzhucheng!

    Sorry to hear that you're dealing with this issue concerning startup of your friend's new Xbox.

    In this instance, typically you would try resetting the console, but if you do not have an internet connection, then it's best for you to perform what we call an
    offline update. You basically go somewhere with an internet signal and put the update on a USB flash drive for the Xbox to run and install.

    When you get a chance, give the steps on our
    Xbox One System Update Solution     a try and let us know how that helps.
