What time does ESO release on the 8th for PST timezone?

I read a rumor somewhere that it will be released around 8pm-9pm for PST timezone. Is this confirmed anywhere?

I know it releases on the 8th, but does any one know exactly what time? I don't care if I have to stay up til midnight tonight lol

What time does these pre downloads actually release? Fine print says 12am PST. Is this true. So I live in Central time zone it would be 2 am?

 

East coast release is midnight and I thought it would release 9 PM for us pacific time people, but Zenimax posted something on their official forums about it being released Midnight local time. What confused me is that their local time is Eastern so were
they being provincial when they said local or did they mean local for each player? Are you confused yet? I know I am!

If it's possible for Microsoft to stagger access depending on your own timezone it would be midnight for Pacific time people too.

If my download is finished by 9 PM PDT, I'll definitely be trying to see if I can log in then.

 

My understanding is that each time zone will open up at midnight their time, so New Zealand will get it first if this is the case.

Xbox store says 4:01am UTC, which is 9pm PST/12 EST. Last time I noticed the store say that was for Witcher 3, and sure enough, game unlocked at 5 PST. But, it all depends on Zeni/Msft. Just checked it now to be safe and the store says it will unlock at
12:01 EST

^ The developers have said on Twitter that the servers will be up and running in each time zone at 12:01am.
