These [Mod Removed - Profanity] that enforce the comm bans are obviously
[Mod Removed - Profanity] liberal [Mod Removed - Profanity] snowflakes. I hope they read this so they know that they can
[Mod Removed - Profanity] themselves with a 14" black [Mod Removed - Profanity] while they cry themselves to sleep. To clarify,
[Mod Removed - Profanity] whoever decides on these [Mod Removed - Profanity] bans.

here on the forums. The Forums is a community for gamers to chat in a safe environment. I know you mentioned the enforcement was 24 hours long. So by now the suspension should be removed unless there was any other actions taken to increase the suspension.

In the future, I recommend visiting our
Enforcement
website for all information regarding Bans and/or Suspensions. Please be aware that any Xbox Live member with an
active
enforcement action may
submit a case for review
through the account's
Enforcement History,
provided the enforcement meets the following requirements:

• The enforcement's duration is
  greater than 24 hours in length
• The enforcement was issued in the last 12 months

However, I would hope there is no need to be suspended again. It would be best to report and block
the user and never to respond to them. Please review our Enforcement:

I payed for this xbox live gold, and I get banned, even if its for 1 day. It's not ok ! I didn't do anything wrong, and this guy applies a ban like that ????
